RESUMEN: The current system analyze a well-established system it is very important to be able know clarity the hotel what is managing and that might reach, if it is compatible with norm NTC ISO 14001, besides a certification to be a able to contribute much more with the environment and be able to take advantage to the maximum of the resources giving them a better use, to support them and to apply them of a better way, bearing in mind that a good system generates competitiveness and sustainability; and with it helps to the total development of the organization, because this one is generating credibility and more confidence on the market if they are applied of correct form; bearing in mind that if to this system there is given a value added as the concientazion opposite to the environmental problems can be positioning every time better.
