PasantíaThe development of the internship was carried out at town of Ubaté in the institution E.S.E. Hospital el Salvador de Ubaté. The objective of the internship was to gather information to identify internal and external sources of information, updating the standards in the processes of Document Retention Tables, correspondence management, means of access to information of the entity and users in the institution. The methodology used to acquire the information was developed through interviews with the heads of each area and the observation in each of the processes developed in the institution, initiating the documentation of the updated and created processes that are part of the administrative area. Additional information was acquired from internal information sources such as documents, minutes, contributing to the objective of the internship.Seccional Ubaté
