El trabajo contiene la aplicación del modelo MMGO en la empresa LARCS Ltda., con lo cual se pretende identificar las áreas críticas de la compañía y establecer una ruta de cambio que logre direccionarla hacia metas basadas en pro de su crecimiento. Contiene la propuesta de transformación para la empresa, donde contempla herramientas básicas para no incurrir en gastos altos para la misma, es decir, se propone establecer un cuadro de mando integral donde se puedan controlar los resultados, un sistema de evaluación al desempeño de los empleados para medir procesos de gestión humana y una caracterización del mercado, donde el gerente pueda tomar decisiones con mayor precisión.
